- Prepare both local and western cuisine
- Have good food presentation skill
- Manage a small kitchen team with customer service orientated
- Ensures that food goes to the customers in a timely manner
- Have Microsoft Office skills and able to do simple food costing and menu planning
- Minimum Shatec NTC-2 or higher or similiar
- Minimum 2 yrs experience in hotel or any food production establishments
- Basic Food Hygiene Course certified
