Job Description:
Resort Conference Center located near beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park and
10 minutes from Estes Park.
Free housing, 3 free meals per day
Requirement:
- Office Coordination & Inventory Control: Provide quality customer
service and understand the importance of solving guests� problems. Assist with
dispatching proper personnel for repairs. Learn to use resort's data processing,
maintenance management, and inventory software systems.
-Grounds & General Maintenance: Assist with planing projects, purchasing
materials, implementing the installation and maintenance of equipment and
collaborating with management to complete projects. Gain understanding of
comprehensive trash and recycling programs for a resort operation, managing the
property to preserve and protect natural resources. Learn how installations and
maintenance of landscaping impact guests and staff. Gain basic skills and
knowledge in: safety, plumbing, electrical, heating & key control and the
safety procedures associated with various repairs. Gain understanding of
problems encountered in a resort operation and how to resolve these problems
quickly.
-Building Maintenance & Vehicle Maintenance: Gain skills and knowledge in
the safety of power tools, ladders, and construction, reading blue prints &
project planning. Learn to anticipate, plan and budget major projects to ensure
required materials are available and project can be completed on schedule.
Assist with customer service and communicating the progress of projects to
others. Learn routine servicing and general repair procedures on vehicles.
-Utility Maintenance: Develop skills and knowledge in the safe use of heavy
equipment. Gain mapping skills for laying out utilities and budgeting skills for
planning utility projects.
