service-oriented individuals for the following position.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the incumbent
will be responsible to:
- Manage the service delivery of bar operations, including, but not limited to,
manpower arrangements and promotional activities of the bar;
- Develop operational goals, generate monthly reports, supervise subordinates
and document disciplinary actions;
- Ensure that service by staff are performed according to the standard
operating procedure;
- Monitor the budget to control expenses and conduct cost reduction and
minimization studies;
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned;
Job
Requirement:
- The incumbent is
expected to have GCE ‘O’ Level
qualification or its equivalent, with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience,
preferably in a similar capacity in the hospitality or service industry. He /
She should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
