- Pizza chefs to be stationed in our Gastronomia Retail
Outlets in making of pizzas and preparation of sandwiches, pastas etc
- Commis Cooks for our central kitchen to perform simple tasks such as washing
and cutting of food ingredients
- Chef de Partie responsible for the daily preparation of food items in his
designated stations
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant Head
Chef
- Direct the commis to restock all items as needed
- Requisite daily perishable & dry supplies for his respective station
- Understand and know the proper usage of all equipments in the kitchen
Job Requirement:
- Commis Cooks must have some experience working in a kitchen
- Chef de Partie and Pizza Chefs must have at least 2 years of culinary
experience
- Candidates without Culinary certification but has passion for cooking and
relevant experience may apply
