that will house a pastry kitchen creating only the sweetest delights from cakes
to chocolates to candies. The Au Chocolat restaurant will provide all day
dining with a luscious French menu.
Job
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of various pastry and bread
applications e.g. cakes, mousses, tarts, pies, cookies and breads.
- Keep track of station’s par level inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pastry production areas, display cases
and storage areas
- Special projects depending on the season / holiday
Job Requirement:
- Culinary degree holder ( Baking and Pastry )
- Possesses relevant pastry experience with at least a minimum of 1-2 years
experience
- Warm and cheerful personality
- Strong sense of initiative
- Able to work shift, weekends and Public holidays.
