Job Responsibilities:
- Complete control of the kitchen operations
- Quality culinary dishes are served on schedule
- Modify and create new menus as needed
- Stock control responsibility
- Staff supervision and management
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Food &
Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or
equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or
equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
