The Manager will
be responsible for the daily operation, management and overall performance
of the Lobby Court and Rose Veranda. The job scope includes the
day-to-day running of the outlets as well as staffing, service, cost control,
achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
- At
least a Diploma in F&B/Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in F&B
with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in producing beverages
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead and relate to staff at all levels
- Charming personality with a flair for customer service
